What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and PayPal.
How do I return an item? Email us at sales@petesdepot.com with your order number and reason for return and we will send you return authorization instructions. Most items can be returned within 30 days.
Non-Returnable items are Rinnai,Toro,Anchor Audio or any gas powered equipmnent that has been used,these items are warranted by the Manufacturer Service Center in your area.
Can I use a personal check or money order? At this time we are only accepting credit card and pay pal orders.
How do I find out my shipping cost? Shipping costs are provided very early in the order process. All of the shipping options and costs will be listed before any credit card information is required. There is no obligation to complete the order after reviewing the shipping costs.
Do you ship to destinations outside of the USA? We ship via USPS Priority Mail and we will quote you before shipping.
Why do the online prices differ from the in-store prices? Our online prices typically don't match prices in local stores because of a number of factors. Our stores are all independently owned and range from small hardware stores to major home centers and pro/contractor suppliers. They all have different costs associated with their operations and need to set pricing at the local level. We try to keep our online prices competitive with other online stores so we can properly serve customers who prefer to buy on the Web.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do? If your order arrived by UPS, we will have UPS pick it up. Please re-package the order, with the paperwork inside, and attach the return label to the outside of the box. Contact one of our Customer Care Representatives at 716-689-6990 or by email at sales@petesdepot.com. UPS will arrive within seven business days to pick it up. If you are not going to be home, please leave the package where UPS would normally make a delivery. If UPS misses you, they will leave a pick up notice indicating when they will return.

How do I change my order? You can change your order, you can do so until it enters the shipping process. That is normally at 3pm (EST) Sunday through Friday. If you would like to change your order you will first need to cancel your original order, call us at 1-716-689-6990 Customer Service.
When will my order arrive / Has my order shipped / What is the status of my order? Tracking your order is very easy. Click on the Track Order link in the email we sent you after placing your order. .

When will my order ship? Generally, orders placed before 12:00 NOON (EST)usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after NOON will typically ship in two business days. If we encounter problems with your order, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
What shipping options are available? We have many shipping options available: UPS & FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority Mail(For APO/FPO and International Orders). For larger orders, we might be able to have the item(s) shipped via common carrier.
